摘要板蓝根是十字花科菘蓝属的植物。在我国是一种常见的、且被广泛运用的中药材,据《神农本草经》记载,有清热解毒,凉血利咽的功能。板蓝根相关产品在中药材销售量可谓中药材之最,且其种植面积广泛。在临床医学中上常常被用于病毒引起的疾病以及细菌引起的感染性疾病。板蓝根分为“北板蓝”和“南板蓝两种。“北板蓝”为菘蓝,在全国大范围地区都被广泛运用;“南板蓝”为马蓝,在西南和华南地区被广泛运用。现代研究表明,板蓝根中含有丰富的具有生物学活性的化学物质,且不同萃取相不同,从中提取的化学物质亦有差异。其不同相的提取物在抗菌、抗病毒、抗内毒素、抗癌方面等都有有较为突出的表现,所以板蓝根凭借各种优势,有望被开发成各种新型药物以及天然抗菌食品防腐剂。47788

本实验采用95%的乙醇作为提取溶剂,进一步萃取分离,研究乙酸乙酯萃取相的化学成分,并采用硅胶制成的硅胶柱反复多次柱层析,并结合葡聚糖凝胶柱层析进行分离,最后通过制备液相得到纯的化合物。通过对化合物的13H-NMR, 13C-NMR和DEPT135谱的鉴定,确定了所得化合物的结构,本研究的结果为进一步阐明板蓝根中的化学成分奠定了基础。有利于了解板蓝根抗菌等药理作用的物质基础。

Abstract

Radix isatidis is a cruciferous woad plant. In our country is a common, and is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the 《Shen Nong's Materia Medica》 records, there are detoxification, cooling function in it.Radix isatidis are often used on viral diseases and infectious diseases caused by bacteria in clinical medicine.Radix isatidis is pided into “North Radix isatidis”and “South Radix isatidis”.“North Radix isatidis”is woad,it is widely uesd in A wide range of areas in the country.“South Radix isatidis”is Strobilanthescusia,it is widely used in Southwest and southern China.Morden research showed,Radix isatidis is rich in chemicals with biological activity,and different extract phases due to different compounds.Extracts of different phases in anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-endotoxin, cancer and others have showed a more prominent aspects of performance,Radix isatidis with various advantages, is expected to be developed into a variety of new drugs and natural antibacterial food preservative.

In this study, 95% of ethanol was used as the extraction solvent,depends on further extraction separation to studychemical constituents in ethyl acetate phase , and the use a silica gel column made of silica gel column chromatography repeatedly and Combined with dextran gel column chromatography separation, ultimately we obtained the pure compound by preparative liquid. By compound 13H-NMR, 13C-NMR and DEPT135 spectrum,determined the structure of the obtained compound. The results of this study serve up the foundation to further elucidate the chemical constituents of Radix. Advantage understand the material basis of the pharmacological effects of Radix.
