摘要:金鱼具有很高的观赏价值和经济价值,耗氧率是金鱼代谢的重要指标。在实验室条件下采用交叉试验设计考察了两个试验因子温度和体质量对金鱼耗氧的影响。温度(T)的设置为18℃,22℃,26℃,体质量(M)取三个水平,分别为0.88g,7.85g,14.45g三种体重规格,金鱼的耗氧率以OC表示。试验有9个处理,每个处理内有2个重复。试验结果表明,温度对耗氧率有极显著影响(P<0.01),随着温度的升高,金鱼的耗氧率以非线性方式升高;体质量对耗氧有极显著影响(P<0.01),随着体重规格的增加,金鱼的耗氧率以线性方式逐渐降低;两个因子间的互作不显著(P>0.05)。建立了金鱼的耗氧率与温度、体重规格间的模型: OC=-0.077887+0.061396T-0.016452M+8.36-5TM-1.03-3T2-1.05-5M2

该模型的决定系数高达0.998,表明模型拟合度很高。67941

Abstract The goldfish has high ornamental value and economic value, the oxygen consumption rate is an important indicator of the metabolism of goldfish. The effects of the two experimental factors of temperature and body weight on the oxygen consumption of the goldfish cross design under laboratory conditions. Temperature (T) set of 18 degrees, 22 degrees Celsius, 26 degrees Celsius, the body mass (m) from three levels, respectively, for the skin, 7.85g, 14.45g three weight specifications, goldfish consumption oxygen rate expressed in OC. There are 9 treatments, 2 replications for each treatment. The test results show that the temperature of oxygen consumption rate is significantly different (P < 0.01), with the increase of temperature, goldfish oxygen consumption rate of increase in a nonlinear way; body mass of oxygen consumption have significantly different (P < 0.01), with the increase of weight specifications, goldfish oxygen consumption rate in linear system is gradually reduced; two factor interaction was not significant (P > 0.05). Established the goldfish the oxygen consumption rate and temperature, weight specification model: OC=-0.077887+0.061396T-0.016452M+8.36-5TM-1.03-3T2-1.05-5M2.Determine the coefficients of the model are as high as 0.998, showed that the model fittingdegree is very high.

1.前言
