上海地区蓝莓高效繁殖技术研究

摘要   蓝莓果实属高氨基酸、高锌、高钙、高铁、高铜、高文生素的营养保健果品。它不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化、强心、抗癌软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能。近年来,蓝莓在市场上得到追崇,在国外,一般家庭的种植需求也在激增。但由于其扦插繁殖存在困难等,严重制约了其推广与规模化生产。目前,已有相关的研究报道了蓝莓的扦插技术,但针对不同的扦插基质和其pH的不同对不同栽培品种的扦插技术研究未形成体系。在整个上海域内地势平坦,属于长江三角洲冲积平原。境内大小河流密布,属亚热带海洋季风性气候,温暖湿润、四季分明,常年平均气温15.4℃,全年平均日照2047.3h,全年降水量充足,年平均降水量为111.7 mm,年均雨日136d,作物生长期平均233d;植物生长期内丰富的光、热、水资源十分有利于农作物和林木的生长发育。本人基于上海的优良气候条件,在位于上海松江地区的“上海瑞沃农业科技有限公司”进行了下面所述的实验。根据不同的基质组合以及基质pH的不同,对蓝莓扦插繁殖存活率影响的探究。实验中比较了三种不同基质组合以及相同基质在不同pH时对实验结果的影响。为了使得蓝莓扦插繁得到成功,应该选用草炭与珍珠岩按1:1的比例组合且pH为5时的条件。插条的生根情况可以用来判断扦插枝条是否成活。8813

The Efficient Breeding Technology of  Blueberry in Shanghai
