摘要通过室内生物测定技术、蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量测定技术，明确了水稻对不同稻田除草剂的敏感性差异，结果表明：乙草胺和丙草胺对于南粳45的药害比较大，而且比较敏感，施药时需注意使用合适的剂量。二氯喹啉酸、双草醚和噁唑酰草胺对南粳45的药害比较小，南粳45对此较不敏感，按照药剂推荐剂量施用即可。同时，丙草胺加入解草啶安全剂之后大大降低了它的药害性。另外，丙草胺和丁草胺除草剂使用后能够抑制水稻叶绿素的合成及影响了蛋白质的含量。63774

Title Comparative study of rice sensitivity to six paddy herbicide
Abstract Through indoor bioassay techniques, protein content and chlorophyll content determination techniques, the paper proved that the sensitivity difference of rice in different paddy herbicide。The results showed that acetochlor and pretilachlor caused large phytotoxicity of south japonica 45, and were more sensitive. Applying the two pesticide should be pay attention to use the right dose. Chloroquine Lin acid, bispyribac-sodium and metamifop caused little phytotoxicity of south japonica 45, and were less sensitive . Applying the three pesticide should be according to the agents recommended doses administered. At the same time, pretilachlor with grass organism safety agent –fenclorim greatly reduced the phytotoxicity of race. In addition, pretilachlor and butachlor could inhibit the synthesis of rice chlorophyll and the rice protein content.

1．1 选题意义
本文意在研究水稻对六种稻田除草剂敏感性比较研究。
随着农业现代化发展．除草剂越来越多地被使用。随着化学除草剂使用量的增大以及除草剂使用面积的不断扩大．使作物药害也不断发生，影响了农作物产量和品质，给农业生产带来损失，在农业生产中出现了一些问题，制约了水稻产量和农业的发展。
