摘要:硫化氢(H2S)是继一氧化碳(CO)和一氧化氮(NO)后 的第三内源气体信号分子。近几年,硫化氢在植物体内生物学效应及其机制也逐渐被揭示。本文以低温应答基因ICE1的突变体水稻‘1314’为实验材料,通过设置对照(未经低温处理)、低温、低温+硫化氢3种处理,用含0(ck)、0.2、0.4mmol/L的硫化氢供体-硫氢化钠(NaHS)处理水稻幼苗,研究外源硫化氢对低温胁迫(8℃)下水稻幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性,叶绿素含量,可溶性蛋白含量及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,硫化氢使受低温影响的水稻幼苗尽可能恢复正常生长,极大地积累其干物质营养成分,并促使植株分泌大量可溶性蛋白来抵御寒冷的伤害,调节其紊乱的氧自由基,降低POD的产生。总之,硫化氢对低温胁迫条件下水稻的生长发育具有保护作用,可以一定程度内缓解低温胁迫对水稻幼苗的伤害。59426

Abstract: hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is the third endogenous gas signal molecule following the carbon monoxide (CO) and nitric oxide (NO).  In recent years, the biological effects of hydrogen sulfide in plant and its mechanism is also gradually revealed. ICE1 mutant rice germplasm ‘1314’ was used as experiment material, by setting 3 kinds of processing such as the control (without processing at low temperature), low temperature, low temperature + hydrogen sulfide, with 0 (ck), 0.2, 0.4mmol/L hydrogen sulfide donor - sodium hydrosulphide (NaHS) processing rice seedlings, to study the effects of exogenous hydrogen sulfide on peroxidase (POD) activity, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and seedling growth and development of  the rice seedlings at low temperature (8 ℃). Results showed that hydrogen sulfide made rice seedlings affected by low temperature return to normal growth as more as possible. It greatly accumulated   more dry matter nutrients, and prompted a large number of soluble proteins secreted by plants to resist the damage of cold. It kept the balance between oxygen free radicals and active enzymes, to reduce the generation of POD at the same time. In a word, hydrogen sulfide played a protective role on the growth and development of rice which is under the condition of low temperature stress. It also could help relieve the stress of damage from low temperature to rice seedlings within a certain degree.
