植物肉桂醇脱氢酶的生物信息学分析

通过NCBI数据库查询青蒿(Artemisia annua ACB54931.1)、拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana AEE35360.1)、烟草(Nicotiana tabacum CAA44216.1)、挪威云杉(Picea abies CAI30877.11)、玉米(Zea mays O24562.1)

摘要:肉桂醇脱氢酶(cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase,CAD)作为植物次生代谢特别是木质素合成的关键酶,与植物生长发育和抵御病原菌入侵关系密切,研究CAD基因表达调控及其与组织木质化的关系具有重要的植物生理学意义.本文通过NCBI数据库查询青蒿(Artemisia annua ACB54931.1)、拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana AEE35360.1)、烟草(Nicotiana tabacum CAA44216.1)、挪威云杉(Picea abies CAI30877.11)、玉米(Zea  mays O24562.1)、水稻(Q6ERW7.2)等植物的蛋白序列,并分析其理化性质分析、磷酸化位点、亚细胞定位、跨膜区等,并进行同源比对和进化树的构建等,使其功能信息和相关结构明朗化。结果显示,这些蛋白均具有信号肽序列,本研究选择的六种植物的CAD蛋白都属于分泌蛋白,α螺旋和延伸链相对较长,等电点差别不大,基本上都是稳定蛋白。48528

Bio-informatics Analysis of Plant Cinnamyl Alcohol Dehydrogenase

Abstract:As plant secondary metabolism especially key enzymes in lignin synthesis,the cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase (cinnamyl alcohol, dehydrogenase, CAD) )play an important role in plant growth and development and to resist the invasion of pathogen Therefore, studying CAD gene expressio and its relationships with  regulation of tissue lignification is very important in plant physiological.The NCBI database has been logged(Artemisis annua ACB54931.1),Artemis annua(Arabidopsis thalianaAEE35360.1),Arabidopsis tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum CAA44216.1),Norway spruce (Picea Abies CAI30877.11),(Zea rice Q6ERW7.2 ) protein sequences of plants such as the query,And the analysis of its physicochemical properties analysis, phosphorylation sites, subcellular localization, transmembrane region, and homology comparison and phylogenetic tree construction, the information function and relevant structure clear of. Results showed that, the protein has a signal peptide sequence, selected for the study of six species of CAD protein is a secreted protein, alpha helix and extension chain is relatively long, isoelectric point difference is not big, basically stable proteins.
