桦褐孔菌伴生真菌的培养特性研究

摘要桦褐孔菌伴生菌(Acremonium sp. )是一种从药用真菌——桦褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)中分离而来的伴生真菌,具有促进桦褐孔菌生长的功能。桦褐孔菌历史悠久,很久以前俄罗斯民间就应用广泛,用于防治癌症,效果显著,药用价值极高。真菌的伴生菌与其生长发育一般都有相互作用关系,而桦褐孔菌的伴生菌目前还极少有人研究报道。本课题针对桦褐孔菌伴生菌做了基础研究,即不同营养物质及培养条件对伴生菌生长的影响,通过称量不同培养条件下伴生菌菌丝体产量的多少,来找出适合此伴生菌生长的培养条件,包括培养温度、培养基酸碱度、氮源种类、碳源种类、培养时间的多少等。找到合适此伴生菌的培养条件,对于后期研究此伴生真菌的作用、价值等做出参考,提供理论研究基础,方便今后对桦褐孔菌伴生菌作更进一步的研究。本课题研究结果表明,此伴生菌在培养温度为28 ℃时,生长情况最好;当培养基pH 为9.0时 ,菌丝产量明显增多;当培养基碳源种类为蔗糖和葡萄糖时,菌丝产量较其他碳源高;当培养基氮源种类为黄豆粉时,菌丝产量较高,生长稳定;当培养天数为7天时,菌丝产量较其他组别产量较高。

Study on the Culture Characteristics of a Fungus Associated with Inonotus obliquus

Abstract

Acremonium sp is a kind of fungi isolated from Inonotus obliquus.It can promote the growth of inonotus obliquus. Inonotus obliquus has a long history,a long time ago,Russian folk widely used it for prevention and treatment of cancer, it has obvious effect and high medicinal value.The associated fungus of fungi generally have a relationship of interaction with itself. However, the associated fungus inonotus obliquus has few reports by researched.

This topic for acremonium sp. did a basic research about the effects of different nutrients and culture conditions on the growth of associated fungus.By weighing the amount of the

production of associated fungus in different culture conditions to find out the suitable growth and culture conditions.Including culture temperature, medium acidity, nitrogen sources, carbon sources, the number of training time and so on, to find the suitable culture conditions for the associated fungus.It can make the reference and provide basis theoretical research for study the fungi associated with the role, value , to facilitate the future of acremonium sp for further research.The research results show that, the associated fungus in the best culture temperature is 28 degrees. When the medium pH was 9.0 and mycelium yield increased significantly. When the culture medium carbon source types for sucrose and glucose, mycelium yield than other carbon source high.When the culture base kinds of nitrogen source for soybean powder and higher yield of mycelium and stable growth.When the days of culture for 7 days, mycelium yield than the other groups of higher yield.
