摘要:β-苯乙醇(β-PE)是一种具有玫瑰、水仙特征香气的芳香醇,随着香料天然化进程的发展,作为第二大香原料,天然香料β-PE的研究变得越来越重要。发酵产品原位分离技术是整个研究的重点,不仅可以降低分离成本,也可以解除产物的抑制效应。大孔吸附树脂是产品分离技术领域内发展最快的技术之一。这种高聚物吸附剂具有比表面积较大、交换速度快、不易污染、稳定性好、解析条件温和以及再生处理方便等诸多优点。目前,β-PE生物转化分离过程选择的大孔吸附树脂为进口树脂,价格昂贵,达到150万/吨,造成整个β-PE产品分离成本较高。本文研究了国产树脂HZ816、CZ90、CZ722、CZ300、CZ100、BS67-1、BS67-4、BS-80-6、BS-80-7及进口树脂JP125的平-衡吸附量。经筛选后,发现CZ90树脂的吸附容量达到133mg/g,比进口树脂提高了34%。且吸附、解吸和磨损性等方面的性能更优于JP125。本文研究对降低β-PE的分离纯化成本有一定的应用价值。34712

Abstract:Beta-phenethyl alcohol (β-PE) is the aromatic alcohols with a characteristic aroma of roses and daffodils.With the fragrances of natural process of development, as the second largest
perfume, the research of natural flavors  β-PE becomes more and more important. Fermentation
product in situ separation is the focus of the whole research, which can not only reduce the cost
of separation and reduce inhibitory effect of the product.Macroporous adsorption resin is one of the most fastest growing technology in the field of production separation. Macroporous adsorpti
-on resin as a polymer has many advantages such as larger surface area, faster switching speeds,
being unable to pollute, good stability, being able to be resolved under the mild conditions, easy recycling and so on. At present, imported resin has been chosen in the macroporous adsorption resin separation process, which is expensive,even up to 1.5million each ton, causing the cost of whole β-PE separation is high. This paper studied the separation rate of homemade resins—— HZ816, CZ90, CZ722, CZ300, CZ100, BS-67-1,BS67-4, BS-80-6, BS-80-7 and imported resin
JP125. After the screening, the capacity of adsorption of the resin CZ90  reached 133mg/g, 34% higher than imported resin. In addition, its performance of adsorption, desorption and abrasion is better than JP125. This study has a certain value to reduce the cost of β-PE in the separation
and purification.
