褪黑素对番茄幼苗耐盐性的调控效应及其机理的初步探讨

摘要:在世界上的很多地方,由于使用受污染的水来灌溉和越来越多的土壤盐渍化,使盐渍化成为限制植物生长和植物产量的一个主要因素。植物适应或耐受盐胁迫涉及复杂的生理、性状、代谢途径,分子或基因方面。全面了解植物在不同的盐胁迫水平条件下如何应对盐胁迫和应用生理和生化技术并结合分子生物学的方法对于许多耐盐地区各种耐盐植物的生长是刻不容缓的。为了探讨褪黑素对番茄幼苗耐盐性的效果及其机理,以番茄幼苗为研究对象,研究不同浓度下的褪黑素及NaCl对番茄幼苗生长,叶绿素含量,耐盐性,抗氧化性,离子平衡的影响。结果表明,较低浓度(75 mM )NaCl 胁迫对番茄幼苗生长影响不明显,而较高浓度( 150 mM)NaCl胁迫显著地抑制番茄幼苗的生长。褪黑素的添加能明显地促进盐胁迫下番茄幼苗的生长,尤其是对幼芽的根系生长促进作用更明显,其中褪黑素浓度在50-100 μM增强番茄的耐盐性的效果最佳。31586

The preliminary discussion of the regulation effects and the mechanism     of melatonin  on the salt resistance of tomato seedings
Abstract:In many places of the world, Due to the use of contaminated water for irrigation and soil salinization, salt becomes a main factor to limit the growing and productions of plants. Plant adaption and tolerance of salt stress involves aspects of   physiology, character, metabolic pathways , molecular and genes. It is urgent to have an overall know of how plants deal with salt stress and using application of physiology and biochemical techniques combining with molecular biology under different salt stress levels. To study the effect of melatonin on the salinity of tomato seeding and their mechanism, we study how melatonin of different concentrations and NaCl effect the growing, chlorophyll content, salt resistance, oxidation resistance and lon balance. The result shows that: NaCl stress under low concentration has little effect on the tomato seeding while NaCl stress under high concentration significantly inhibits the growth of tomato seedings. The addition of melatonin can promote growth of tomato seeding under salt stress obviously especially the growth of buds roots. For what have been discussed above,The effect of melatonin on Enhancing Salt Tolerance of Tomato under 50-100concentration is the best.
