稻纵卷叶螟为害下水稻分蘖期的光谱特征及生物量分析

摘要:【目的】剖析水稻分蘖期受稻纵卷叶螟为害后各受害程度对稻叶光谱特征的影响,从光谱反射率入手,在受害作物光谱曲线的光谱吸收特征中找到能表现稻纵卷叶螟为害程度、稻纵卷叶螟为害后SPAD和LAI的敏感波段,得到相应的诊断模型,为稻纵卷叶螟的高光谱监测提供理论基础与措施。同时探讨稻纵卷叶螟不同为害等级与水稻生物量之间的规律。【方法】将不同数量的稻纵卷叶螟幼虫释放到参与试验的水稻田中,构成稻纵卷叶螟为害的不同等级,用ASD光谱仪、SPAD仪、植物冠层分析仪AccuPAR分别测定试验小区内不同为害程度下水稻叶片的光谱反射率、SPAD和LAI,分别得到其敏感波段。在水稻收获后,随机采集各试验小区的水稻并进行生物量测定,探讨为害程度与生物量之间的关系。【结果】在水稻分蘖期,反射率与叶片受害等级间相关系数最大的波段为726nm,反射率与SPAD间相关系数最大的波段为962nm,反射率与LAI间相关系数最大的波段为710nm,分别将该波段处的反射率及其组合进行叶片受害程度、SPAD、LAI的线性反演,得到了其各自的诊断模型分别为y =145.184x -34.171(R² = 0.809)、y =-34.553x +56.554(R² = 0.458)、y =-11.368x +3.377(R² = 0.815)。25567

Spectral Characteristics and Biomass Analysis of Rice Damaged by Cnaphalocrocis medinalis at Tillering Stage
Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of different degrees of damage on the spectral characteristics of rice leaf at the tillering stage. Starting with the spectral reflectance, finding out the sensitive bands which could represent the damage degree of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and the SPAD and the LAI after Cnaphalocrocis medinalis damage, and getting the corresponding diagnostic models. Based of this study, we could provide theoretical indexes and methods for remote sensing monitoring of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis. At the same time to investigate the rule between the damage degree of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and the rice biomass.【Method】Releasing different numbers of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis to experiment rice field plot and piding the plots into different damage degrees. The spectral reflectance, SPAD and LAI of rice leaves were measured by ASD spectrometer, SPAD instrument and plant canopy analyzer AccuPAR respectively, then recevied the sensitive bands. After rice harvest, measured the biomass of each rice plot by sampling randomly and investgated the relation between the damage degree of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis and the biomass of rice.【Result】 At the rice tillering stage, the band of the largest correlation coefficient between the reflectivity and the SPAD is 962nm, and the band of the largest correlation coefficient between the reflectivity and LAI is 710nm. The diagnosis model between the damage degree and the leaf damge level, SPAD, LAI respectively. These model are: y = -34.553x +56.554 (R² = 0.809), y = -34.553x +56.554 (R² = 0.809), y = -34.553x +56.554 (R² = 0.809), y = -34.553x +56.554 (R² = 0.809), y = = 0.458), y = -11.368x +3.377 (R² = 0.815), respectively.
