探路者创业板企业资本结构问题分析与对策研究

摘要：从前的资本结构可能不是很健全，那是因为我国的资本发展刚刚起步，对资本结构的调整并不是很重视，而现在科技的发展已经有了一个质的飞跃，在追求成熟发展之后人们开始对自己公司的资本结构的开始进行调整，于是很多的企业他们的资本结构已经渐渐变得更加合理和更加科学。而一些创业板的公司他们产生的经济利润对社会来说也很大，因此他们对资本结构的调整重视程度更不亚于那些已经上市的大公司。为了提高公司的活力、竞争力，改善企业的生产结构、增强企业的综合实力，缓解企业即将要面临的国际金融冲击风险，对企业的资本结构的改善已是势在必行，因此本文选择创业板中的探路者公司为例，对企业的资本结构进行分析，研究各个的因素他们互相的影响，并在目标要求的基础上进行合理的调整，以达到企业利益最大话的标准。70546
