摘 要：随着社会逐渐的进步与科技日益的发展，钢铁业的发展对许多行业有着重要的影响，沙钢作为钢铁企业的龙头，对上游和下游行业的作用都不容忽视。文章以张家港市沙钢集团的资产负债表作为研究对象，首先对资产负债表进行分析概述，然后对该企业的数据进行剖析和整合，指出沙钢集团近年来面临产能过剩，负债结构不合理和资金短缺等一系列问题，然后提出优化产品结构，降低流动负债和减少资金占用等方面的建议。为沙钢集团的长期发展筹谋，同时也能够为其他钢铁行业提供借鉴。67433

Abstract： With the development of technology and the progress of social, The development of the steel industry has an important impact on many industry, sha gang as the leader of steel industry, sha gang palys an important role in upstream and downstream industry. This article takes zhangjiagang shagang Group’s balance sheet as the research object, first analyzing and summering the analysis summary, then analyzing and integrating the enterprise data, we can point out that shagang faces many problems such as overcapacity, unreasonable debt structure, shortage of funds in recent years, finally giving some advice on optimizating product structure, reducing current liabilities and reducing the fund. Through analyzing shagang’s balance sheet to plot long term development, at the same time proving a reference for other iron and steel industry.

1  引 言

近几年全球经济不景气，钢铁行业面临着各式各样的问题，钢材的需求逐渐下降，市场价格也随之降低。同时环境逐渐开始污染，国家加强节能减排，环保成本的增加，钢铁企业的经营成本居高不下。总的来说，钢铁行业的综合财务实力比较弱，负债率有所偏高。2012年，中国的钢铁行业甚至面临亏损的局面，国内的产能利用率仅达72%，远远低于合理的水平[1]。相对的原材料和人工成本日益增长，钢铁行业进入到经营的微利时代。据2013年中钢协发布的数据来看，有八十家重点的钢铁企业销售利润率几乎为零，钢铁行业发展的黄金时期已经远去，另外从2014年钢材市场的开局来看，钢铁行业低迷运行的态势仍然难以好转。 沙钢集团资产负债表分析:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_75631.html
