摘要任何一家存在于市场的公司都面临着风险，企业集团财务公司也不例外。随着市场环境的变化和财务公司自身的发展，其面临的风险也更加突出。

本文采用文献研究和定性分析相结合的方法对财务公司的风险管理进行了研究。本文的理论依据是风险管理的最新理论，即COSO 委员会的全面风险管理（ERM）理论。首先介绍了论文的背景和意义。其次阐述了财务公司和风险管理的相关概念，重点介绍了全面风险管理理论。然后基于ERM理论设计了财务公司的全面风险管理体系，具体分为风险管理实施平台，风险管理目标、风险管理流程三个部分。最后对财务公司完善全面风险管理提出了几点意见。64953

Abstract Any company existing in the markets faces risk,finance companies of enterprise groups is no exception.As the market environment changes and the development of the company's own,the risk will be more prominent.This article combines literature study and qualitative analysis.The theoretical basis for this article is the latest theory of risk management, ERM theory. Firstly the article introducs the background and the significance.Secondly it sets out concepts in finance and risk management, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management. Then ERM theoretical construct comprehensive risk management system of the finance company,it is pided into three parts:risk management platform-specific,risk management objectives,risk management processes.At Last,several suggestions about how to improve Enterprise Risk Management of finance companies are made.
