摘要：随着社会主义市场经济体系逐步建立和完善，近年来，又有新的规定：新公司注册无须提交验资报告。这些使得中小企业如雨后春笋般突增，市场竞争愈演愈烈。在中小企业发展过程中，财务问题不可忽视，筹资问题尤为突出。本文以一家小型科技企业为例，从企业的内外部环境分析着手，旨在解析筹资风险给企业生产经营活动带来的影响并对筹资风险提出防范和相应的对策，以提高中小企业筹资风险管理水平。53235

Abstract: Along with the socialist market economic system gradually established and perfected, in recent years, there is new provision: registration of new companies are not required to submit a capital verification report. The small and medium enterprises such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like sudden increase, the market competition is increasingly fierce. In the process of development of small and medium-sized enterprises, financial problem can not be ignored, especially, the financing problem. In this paper, a small technology enterprise as an example from the enterprise's internal and external environment analysis, of financing risk brings to the enterprise production and management activities and on the financing risk prevention and countermeasures, in order to improve the small and medium-sized enterprise financing risk management level.

1引言
在市场经济条件下，中小企业的地位越来越高，对经济和社会的发展发挥了不可替代的作用也是我国技术创新与机制创新的重要渠道。在繁荣城乡市场、增加财政收入、优化经济结构、增强经济活力、促进社会稳定等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。但是中小企业相对于大企业而言实力是比较弱的，因为中小企业自负盈亏，自我约束、自我发展，所以中小企业必须独立承担风险。2008年全球金融危机的影响没有褪去，中小企业发展路程仍然很艰辛，通过对中小企业筹资与风险对策这一课题的研究并且以一个中小企业为例，更加详细具体地认识与了解我国中小企业筹资现状及所面临的问题，思考我国中小企业筹资方面有待进一步发展的空间，提出具有实质性的解决方案。中小企业进行筹资，就必须面对筹资所带来的风险，要充分认清风险所带来的危机和机遇，时刻把风险放在心里，正确认识风险，提前预防发生地风险，应对风险，掌握风险防范措施，降低风险，利用机遇提高企业的经济效益，只有这样才能增强企业的竞争力。中小企业倒闭的根本原因就是他们没有及早发现风险的征兆，采取相应的措施，进行有效的风险管理。 中小企业的筹资风险与对策:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_57322.html
