摘要：小微企业是国民经济的生力军，在稳定增长、扩大就业、促进创新、繁荣市场和满足人民群众众多需求方面，发挥着重要作用。因此，如何解决小微企业生存问题就显得尤为重要和迫切,我国小微企业的发展仍然存在许多问题有待研究，其核心问题在于企业的财务管理。但是小微企业大多片面追求提高企业短期经济效益,而忽视了财务管理对提高企业长期效益的真正作用,使得企业抵抗风险的能力较弱,企业寿命周期短、生存力不强。针对以上问题,本文将从多方面来分析小微企业财务管理存在的问题,提出改善对策及建议，促进我国小微企业持续健康发展。52656

Discussion on the problems and Countermeasures of financial management of small and micro enterprises in China - a case study of Yu Ya Gift Co., Ltd.

Abstract: The small and micro enterprise is the force of the national economy. They plays an important role in steadying growth, expanding employment, promoting innovation, thriving the markets and meeting the various needs of the people. Therefore, how to solve the problem of small and micro enterprises to survive is particularly important and urgent. There still exist many problems about the development of small and micro enterprises in our country to be studied. The core problem lies in the financial management of enterprises. But, the micro enterprises are always one-sided pursuiting of improving the short-term economic benefits of the enterprises. They neglect the real effect of the financial management on improving the long-term benefit of the enterprises. Therefore, the enterprises lack ability to resist the risks and they have short life cycle and the viability is not strong. In view of the above problems, this paper will analyze the problems about the financial management of small and micro enterprises from various aspects, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of small and micro enterprises in our country.
