[摘要]随着国际金融与经济一体化的加剧，金融机构得到了很大的发展空间，同时也带动了各国经济的进步，商业银行作为金融机构中极为重要的一个分支机构，获得了更为广阔的发展空间与机会，但国际间商业银行的竞争也愈加激烈，给我国的商业银行带来了不小的压力。想要增强我国商业银行在国际上的竞争实力，首先需要一套完善的财务管理体系，但目前施行的体系中仍然存在许多不完备的地方，因此目前的首要问题就是建构一套符合我国商业银行发展规律的现代化财务管理体系。我们可以研究西方先进的财务管理理念，并结合我国国情，总结出一套适合我国商业银行的财务管理体系。50649
本文首先了解我国商业银行财务管理的内容，然后概括出我国商业银行财务管理的特征，接着阐述出我国商业银行财务管理中目前存在的问题，研究并总结出对应这些问题的对策，建构出一套符合我国国情的商业银行现代化财务管理体系。
