摘要随着市场经济的发展，财务分析在日常经济活动中的地位越来越不可替代。单纯地从财务报表的数字中，很难得出企业的财务状况和经营成果，正是因为这样，我们可以通过对企业过去发生的经济业务所形成的财务报告进行综合性地分析，通过分析，我们可以得知企业综合运营实力，其中包括企业的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力、发展能力等，从而帮助利益相关者做出更好地投资决策。本文以洋河股份与泸州老窖两家国内知名白酒企业为例，主要采用比较分析法和比率分析法，通过对其近四年的各种财务报表进行分析，获得运营状态信息，从而得出对两家企业过去及当前的综合性评价并提出综合性的发展建议。46577
