摘要医药行业是国民经济的重要组成成分，关系到社会经济的发展和人民的生命健康，具有广阔的行业前景。但由于我国医药企业本身集中度低、融资难、创新能力薄弱等特点，使得企业在发展过程中往往受到不少阻碍。探索在复杂多变的国家经济环境中如何发挥自身的核心竞争力，获得更大的竞争优势，保持稳定的市场占有率，一直是医药企业的重要课题。本文从整体上分析医药行业的现状和未来发展趋势，介绍选取的代表性上市公司——天坛生物的发展情况，并以该公司年五年财务报表的数据作为基础，对公司偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力、发展能力等多项指标进行分析，进行行业横向比较与不同时期纵向对比，对分析结果进行简单阐述。最后对如何提升天坛生物的竞争优势，促进其可持续性发展提出建议。45856

Abstract
Pharmaceutical Industry is an important part of the national economy. As the vital industry for social develops and peoples’ healthy, the Pharmaceutical Industry have high degree of industry boom industry. However, most pharmaceutical companies in China have three essential characteristics: low concentration; financing difficulty; lake of innovation ability. So obstacle always brought with the development of these companies. Nowadays pharmaceutical companies have an important project to search how to develop their core competency, gain more competitive advantages, and keep a high market share to face with complicated and volatile economic environment at home and abroad. This paper analyses the current situation and trends in the future of Pharmaceutical Industry and introduce the representative listed company, Tiantan Biological Company. Analysis of four aspects of growth, solvency, operation capacity, profitability and development capacity, based on the financial report data of Tiantan Biological Company 2009-2011 over the past 5 years. Compared with the average of Pharmaceutical Industry and with different periods’ figures, the analysis makes a series of conclusions. Finally, the paper advises on enhancing competitiveness and promoting sustainable development of Tiantan Biological Company.

我国医药行业上市公司的财务报表分析——以天坛生物为例
一、绪论
