摘要资本结构对于实现企业价值最大化以及可持续发展有着巨大影响，是当代公司金融的一个重要议题。研究和分析企业的资本结构，不但可以发现个中问题，也能够为企业的资本结构决策和投资者的投资选择提供切实有效的指导，有十分重要的现实意义。本文的框架为：首先论述资本结构的相关理论成果，而后以北京光线传媒有限公司为例，从财务分析的角度探究其资本结构现状并浅析其不合理之处，最后对于光线传媒的资本结构提出优化建议。通过对光线传媒资本结构的分析，得出以下结论：光线传媒的资本结构存在资产负债率过低、流动负债比例过高以及股权结构失衡的问题。根据公司实际情况，本文认为光线传媒应该将公司内部治理作为优化其资本结构的主要途径，适当提高负债率，优化负债结构和股权结构，在调整资本结构的同时，应注意同外部环境和宏观政策的协调发展，让企业价值实现最大化。45281

Abstract Maximizing the enterprise value and capital structure has great effects on the sustainable development, is an important issue of modern corporate finance. Research and analysis of enterprise's capital structure, not only can find this problem, can also for the enterprise capital structure decision-making and investor's investment options provide effective guidance, have very important practical significance. Framework of this paper are as follows: first of all, discussed the related theory of capital structure, Through the analysis of the capital structure of the Enlight Media,probe into its capital structure from the perspective of financial analysis of the status quo and analyses its unreasonable place, finally for Enlight Media capital structure optimization Suggestions. Through the analysis of the capital structure of the Enlight Media,the following conclusions: the Enlight Media’s capital structure exist asset-liability ratio is too low and too high percentage of current liabilities and equity structure imbalance problem. According to the Enlight Media's actual situation, this paper argues that it should be the company's internal management as the main way to optimize their capital structure, appropriate to improve the debt ratio, optimizing the debt structure and equity structure, at the same time of adjustment of capital structure, with the external environment and the coordination of macro policies should be paid attention to the development, to maximize enterprise value.

一、前言
