摘要:在当今市场中，越来越频繁的经济活动为合同的重要性展现了更为广阔的平台。从有些角度出发对合同要求更为严谨、细致、全面，例如经济的发展形势以及建筑行业的发展形势。可以高效率的帮助企业更好更有效地规避风险的合同可以称之为好合同。由此看来，分析研究各种风险因素,在签订合同中尽量避免承担风险的条款，在履行合同中采取有效规避风险的措施,防范风险发生等都是十分重要的。我们可以看到，所有建筑企业都会在承揽工程时承担一定或大或小的风险，而对于我们来说怎么更好的承担风险，承担多大的风险，以及如何化解风险是建筑施工企业需要关注的问题，同时也是本文关注的重点问题。35663
本文主要讨论在建设项目工程合同中的风险管理问题，并且结合了江阴建设集团以往建设工程合同风险管理研究实例，从工程合同的管理制度、工程合同的管理模式、工程合同的管理流程和工程合同的管理文化四个方面对江阴集团建设工程合同管理的现状进行了简要的概述，并且对这四个方面进行了详尽的分析，最后针对企业如何规避合同风险以及加强合同的管理提出了相关对策。在通过本文的研究之后，希望有助于增强对建筑工程项目合同的认知，提高项目管理人员的合同风险分析、规避能力，强化建设项目管理的意识，提高建设项目的质量，降低建设项目的合同风险发生几率，保证项目目标可靠的、高效的、最佳的实现。

Research on risk avoidance of construction project contract
Abstract: With the development of market economic activities have become increasingly frequent, increasing the importance of the contract. From forms of development in the form of economic development and the construction industry, the contract requires more rigorous, detailed and perfect. Good contract can effectively help construction companies better and more effective risk-averse. Because of the persity of construction projects relations, complexity, variability and long compliance period, a large amount of market competition and other factors constitute a risk of project contracts. Therefore, the analysis of a variety of risk factors, in terms of the signing of the contract to avoid risk, to take effective measures to fulfill the contract, and to prevent the risk of occurrence is very important. It should be noted that any construction businesses cannot take risks when the contract works, such as how to take risks, to assume much risk, and how to mitigate risks is a matter of construction enterprises this thesis concerns.
This paper mainly discusses the construction contract risk management issues, combined with JiangYin Construction Group under four construction contract risk management examples, construction contract in risk identification, risk analysis and risk control are described in detail . Focus of this study is to compare the four architectural examples and analysis of the pros and cons, and risk management status of the different stages of the construction contract, the main approach, there is a problem and the main reason for the systematic study and so the whole process, and targeted put forward the measures of risk prevention. Not only for risk management contracts similar projects have a good value, on other types of project risk management also has the certain reference function.
