摘要：提高研发投入在增强企业核心竞争力、提升企业未来价值方面起着至关重要的作用，尤其体现在创业板上市公司中。股权结构作为公司治理的根本框架，对研发投入的影响不言而喻。但因研究角度、研究样本或指标选取等存在差异，以往文献中国内外学者的观点莫衷一是。本文以年创业板上市公司为样本，实证分析股权结构与研发投入间的关系。研究结果表明，在创业板上市公司中，股权集中度与研发投入呈“U”型关系；股权制衡有利于提高企业的研发投入；机构投资者持股对促进企业研发投入发挥了积极作用；股权性质与研发投入的关系并不显著。25183

Study on the Relationship between Ownership Structure and R&D Investment——Evidence from GEM Listed Companies
Abstract： Increasing R&D investment is vitally important in enhancing enterprise’s core competitiveness and improving enterprise’s future value, particularly in GEM listed companies. Ownership structure is the fundamental framwork of corporate governance and has a great influence on R&D investment. However, due to different research perspectives, different research samples and different index selection, scholars at home and abroad have disparate conclusions. The purpose of this paper is to take GEM listed companies in the period of 2012-2015 as samples and analyze the relationship between ownership structure and R&D investment. Empirical evidence supports the following conclusions. In GEM listed companies, the relationship between the concentration of ownership and R&D investment is the “U” type; Equity balance promotes enterprise R&D investment; Institutional ownership has played a positive role in increasing R&D investment; the relationship between ownership property and R&D investment is not significant.
