摘要斗轮堆取料机简称斗轮机,是一种现代化工业连续装卸散状物料的高效设 备,已经被广泛应用于港口、码头、冶金、水泥、钢铁厂、焦化厂、储煤厂、发 电厂等散料(矿石、煤、焦碳、砂石)存储料场的堆取作业。斗轮堆取料机的使 用大大缩短了装卸时间,提高工作效率,减少了工人的劳动强度。斗轮机构是斗 轮堆取料机的主要工作部件,其设计的是否合理,直接决定斗轮堆取料机的性能 参数和使用寿命以及生产率,斗轮机构主要包括电动机、液力耦合器、减速器、 齿轮、斗轮轴、铲斗及倒料溜料装置等,主要是通过销齿传动实现斗轮的回转。 斗轮堆取料机斗轮机构的设计必须保证其驱动机构及其挖取物料机构的平稳性。 本文通过对斗轮堆取料机斗轮机构的深入分析做了大量的数据计算,主要包括驱 动电机的选取,以及液力耦合器、减速器、斗轮轴、斗子的计算,紧接着校核, 到最后选取满足设计需求的各零部件。最后绘制各零件图、装配图。70011

Bucket stacker and Reclaimer use greatly shorten the loading and unloading time, improve work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of the workers. Bucket wheel organization is main work parts of Bucket stacker and Reclaimer, its design is reasonable, direct decision Bucket stacker and Reclaimer performance parameters and service life and productivity. Dou wheel mechanism mainly include motor, hydraulic coupling ware, reducer, gear, dipper bucket wheel axles, and reverse material feeding device slip. Mainly through the pin gear transmission realize the bucket wheel turn. Bucket wheel design of  bucket stacker and Reclaimer organization must ensure the driving mechanism and to dig material institutions and steadiness.
