摘要电磁发射是一种利用电磁力发射有效载荷的装置,它把电磁能转换成机械能。 这种技术 用电磁力代替火药发射物体,克服了用火药、火箭发射的局限性,提高物体的出膛速度,增 大出膛时的动能,降低每次发射的费用。同时射击无声响、无烟雾、无炮口火焰,具有良好的 射击隐蔽性,在当今核军备控制呼声日益高涨的情况下,研究电磁发射技术的意义显得更为 重要。

本文总结电磁枪现有技术,结合目前电磁发射技术提出的三种不同类型发射方式.根据其 不同的发射特点,选择用磁阻型线圈电磁发射作为研究方案。并且利用有限元软件对计算模 型进行了电磁场域分析,分析影响电磁力大小的因素,并对模型中的线圈和发射体尺寸进行优 化。69450

Title Simulate And Analyze The Main Component Of Nonfatal Anti-riot Electromagnetic Gun

Abstract

Electromagnetic launch is a device of launching payloads by using electromagnetic force, driving load by electromagnetic force acting. This technology, launching objects by using electromagnetic force instead of powder, can overcome the limitations of powder and rocket launchers, improve the speed of the objects leaving shell, increase the kinetic energy when it leaving shell, and reduce the cost of each launch. Furthermore, shooting without sound, no smoke and no muzzle flame, it has a good shot hidden. In today’s condition that the voice of nuclear arms control is growing, it ’ s more important and of significance to study the technology of electromagnetic launch.

In this paper, we summarize the prior art of electromagnetic gun and propose three different current types of emission methods combined with electromagnetic emission technology. According to their different emission characteristics and the characteristic of pistol, we choose reluctance coil electromagnetic emission for our research program. We analyze the electromagnetic field of model by an soft to get the element of affecting the dimension of the electromagnetic force. Optimizing the size of coil and pellet.
