摘要为提高聚能装药的侵彻威力,增大开坑直径,采用工程模型分析、数值仿真计算等方法,对基于K装药的双层药型罩的射流形成过程进行分析。以Al/Ni混合材料为外罩,铜为内罩设计了基于K装药的双层药型罩,研究了外、内层药型罩的厚度比及Al/Ni材料配比等因素对射流的影响。69423

首先,建立K装药结构的单层药型罩工程模型,对射流头部速度以及形成射流部分与形成杵体部分的药型罩质量比值进行计算,进而根据内层药型罩和外层药型罩的密度算出形成理想射流的外内层药型罩厚度比,指导设计出最佳双层药型罩结构。同时,基于工程模型计算结果并运用AUTODYN动力学软件进行数值模拟,将最佳厚度比时的射流成型过程的数值模拟结果与工程模型结果对比,验证工程模型的有效性。

其次,通过数值模拟的方法研究了影响双层药型罩射流速度和形状的主要因素。结果表明外、内层药型罩厚度比对射流速度有明显影响,厚度比越大射流速度越大。另外,AL/NI材料配比对射流长度及所占比例也有显著的影响,Al所占比例越大,射流越长,射流占总长度的比例也越大。

最后,在前述基础上进一步对射流侵彻靶板情况进行数值仿真。通过数值仿真结果发现双层药型罩可以在保证侵彻深度的情况下,增大开孔直径。

Title    The design of double-layered conical Liner based on K Charge                                       

Abstract In order to improve the penetration ability of shaped charge and produce larger craters, the jet formation process of double-layered conical Liner based on K Charge was analyzed and designed, using engineering analysis model and numerical simulation. The designed Liner consists of Al/Ni composites as the secondary liner and copper as the elementary liner.  The influence of thickness distribution of two liners and the formula of Al/Ni composites on jet was investigated.

Firstly, an engineering model of single-layer structure of K Charge was established and the velocity of jet head and the weight ratio between the liner which forms the jet and which forms the slug was calculated. Then the ratio of thickness of extremal housing to inner cover was calculated based on the density of the liners to form perfect jet, which is useful to design the best structure of double-layered liner. Additionally, numerical simulation was conducted using the hydro-code AUTODYN-2D based on the result of engineering model. The simulation result was compared with the result from the engineering model, the reliability of the engineering model was verified.

Secondly, the main factors that affected the velocity and the shape of jet of double-layered liner was studied by numerical simulation. The results suggested that the ratio of thickness of the two liners have significant influences on jet velocity. With growth of the ratio of the thickness, the jet velocity increased. On the other hand, the formula of Al/Ni composites has significant effects on jet length and percentage. With the growth of the Al proportion, the jet was longer and the proportion of the total length of the jet was greater.

Finally, the numerical simulation of jets penetrating targets were conducted on single liner and the designed double liner. It was found that the double-layer liner has the potential to increase the diameter of the crater in the case of ensuring the penetration depth by the result of numerical simulation.
