立方体卫星制动帆离轨装置关键部件设计及制造

摘要为了避免立方体卫星(CubeSat)失效后成为空间碎片,在立方体卫星寿命末期使用 低成本制动帆装置使其快速脱离近地轨道,从而减少对低轨道航天器碰撞和损坏的威胁。 设计了展开面积为 12 ㎡的制动帆装置,装置主要由制动帆薄膜、铍铜合金桅杆、瓣状中 心轴、压紧机构和解锁装置组成,其中桅杆缠绕在瓣状中心轴上,由解锁装置控制瓣状 中心轴,解锁装置打开时,储存的弹性势能驱动瓣状中心轴旋转,释放桅杆,桅杆与制 动帆薄膜相连,带动制动帆展开,同时压紧机构给予留存在装置内的桅杆卷向内收拢的 作用力,防止桅杆卷爆开,阻碍装置的展开。

通过对弹性桅杆及制动帆薄膜等关键部件的选型,选择镀铝 Kapton 膜作为制动帆材 料,制动帆薄膜的折叠选用 Z 型折叠的方式,使用 ansys 软件对制动帆装置在火箭发射条 件下进行静力分析和模态分析, 结果表明装置系统在静力分析中应力应变很小为 4.88MPa,基频为 1221.3Hz 远大于最低自然频率 90Hz,装置具有很好的安全性。69392

Title Design and manufacturing of Critical Component of Drag Sail

Deorbit Device for Cubesat.

Abstract

In order to avoid the CubeSat become space debris after failure, it is necessary to use a low-cost drag sail device as an end-of-life disposal which makes the Cubesat deorbit quickly and decreases the threat of collisions and damages to other spacecraft.Design of the developed area of 12 ㎡ drag sail, sail thin film device is mainly composed of brake,beryllium copper alloy mast, disc shape center axis, compaction and unlock device,the mast winding shaft,in the center of the disc shaped by unlocking device control disc shape center axis,unlock device opens, stored elastic potential energy drive disc shape central axis rotation, release the boom,booms are connected to the brake sail film, drives the brake sail, compression institutions at the same time give retained boom in the unit volume collapsed inward force, to prevent the boom burst open, blocking device.Ansys software is used for braking sail under the condition of the rocket, static analysis and modal analysis of stress and strain in the static analysis results show that the device system is small about 4.88MPa, the fundamental frequency 1221.3Hz is greater than the lowest natural frequency 90Hz,the device has good security.
