摘要目前国内铣边机送料工作主要是由人工操作完成,生产效率低,劳动强度大,工作 环境差,安全隐患大。本课题基于校企合作课题,为大型板料坡口加工的数控钢板铣边 机设计辅助送料装置。该机构结构合理,制造容易,操作方便,不仅能高效完成铣边机 送料工作,而且能通过更改构件适用于不同尺寸板料的铣边加工。68685

本文首先阐述了铣边机板料送料机构的发展现状及趋势,结合对铣边工艺和工件加 工要求的分析,确定了总体设计方案。在完成三维建模后,利用有限元分析方法对连杆 机构进行分析,验证其合理性。

通过本次设计,完成了对板料送料机构的结构设计和可靠性分析,对铣边加工的辅 助操作改进有一定意义,对之后的优化创新有着一定的借鉴意义。
