摘要在当今大规模制造业中,数控加工技术得到迅速的普及和发展,数控机床在制造业得到了越来越广泛的应用。带有自动换刀系统的数控加工中心在现代先进制造业中起着愈来愈重要的作用,它能缩短产品的制周期,提高产品的加工精度,适合柔性加工。自动换刀装置应满足换刀时间短,刀具重复定位精度高,识刀、选刀可靠,换刀动作简单可靠,体积小,便于安装与维修等要求。

本文介绍了自动换刀装置的国内外发展现状,应用场合以及自动换刀装置各组成部分,并对自动换刀装置的发展趋势作了展望。并且本文主要对自动换刀机器人的水平移动系统进行了设计。首先,进行总体方案论证,选择合适的传动方式、驱动方式和总体结构:再此基础上,选用合适的齿轮齿条、伺服电机、滚珠丝杠﹑滚动直线导轨,并设计减速箱。最终实现本课题的要求 。63535

Title Automatic Tool Change Robot Design - Horizontal Movement System Design

Abstract In today's large-scale manufacturing, CNC machining technology has been rapidly gaining popularity and development of CNC machine tools in the manufacturing sector has been more widely used. With automatic tool changer CNC machining centers in modern advanced manufacturing plays an increasingly important role, it can shorten the manufacturing cycle, improve the accuracy of product processing, suitable for flexible manufacturing. Automatic tool changer should satisfy the changing time is short, the tool high repeat positioning accuracy, knowledge knife, tool selection, reliable, simple and reliable tool change operation, small size, easy installation and maintenance requirements.

This article describes the automatic tool development status at home and abroad, as well as automatic tool changer applications, components, and automatic tool changer trends discussed. This paper focuses on automatic tool changer and horizontal movement of the robot system design.
