MCGS组态软件的链式刀库自动换刀控制系统设计+PLC梯形图

根据链式刀库自动换刀的动作流程,选用PLC进行控制,设计了链式刀库的自动选刀及机械手的自动换刀程序。同时利用MCGS组态软件,设计监控系统,对链式刀库自动换刀过程进行监控。

摘要监控组态软件是指数据采集与过程控制的专用软件,是在自动控制系统监控层一级的软件平台和开发环境。随着现代工业发展,监控组态软件在现在的工业控制领域有着越来越重要的作用。

数控加工中心作为衡量一个国家制造业水平高低的重要标志,其重要性不言而喻,而自动换刀系统又是整个加工中心的关键部分。故基于MCGS监控组态软件,选用PLC对链式刀库的自动换刀系统进行控制设计及监控。63531

根据链式刀库自动换刀的动作流程,选用PLC进行控制,设计了链式刀库的自动选刀及机械手的自动换刀程序。同时利用MCGS组态软件,设计监控系统,对链式刀库自动换刀过程进行监控。最后利用模拟电路对系统进行调试,验证了方案的可行性, 为后续实际系统的应用奠定了基础。

Title    Design of Automatic Tool Changing Control System of Chain Magazine Based on MCGS Configuration Software                               

Abstract

Configuration software is a kind of specialized software for data acquisition and process control and applied as the software platform and development environment in the automatic control monitoring system. With the advance of modern industry, monitoring configuration software is performing a more and more important role in the industrial control field now.

CNC machining center is often used to measure the level of manufacturing industry in a country. So its importance is evident. While the automatic tool changing system is the key part of the whole machining center. Based on MCGS configuration software, PLC is utilized to control and monitor the automatic tool changing system of the chain magazine.

In this paper, according to the chain magazine action process, use PLC to control. The automatic tool changing program of chain magazine and the automatic tool selection program of manipulator is compiled. At the same time, MCGS configuration software is used to design the control interface, monitoring the chain tool automatic tool change process. By manipulating the simulation circuit debugging of the system, proves the feasibility of the scheme, and provides a basis for further application in the practical system.
