FMECA轨道车辆关键部件可靠性分析研究

通过对于轨道车辆关键部件的可靠性进行FMECA分析,计算得出了高速列车的制动系统和转向架轮对的故障模式危害度,并且做出了相对应的危害度矩阵来进行定性分析

摘要:随着我国科技的迅速发展,各种运输的效率也要相应的跟进。轨道车辆的最高速度和重载也在不断的刷新。随着速度与重载的提升,轨道车辆的可靠性要求也变得更高。本文通过对于轨道车辆关键部件的可靠性进行FMECA分析,计算得出了高速列车的制动系统和转向架轮对的故障模式危害度,并且做出了相对应的危害度矩阵来进行定性分析。得到的结论对于制定维修策略有帮助,同时还给出了一些简单的故障解决方法。本文还通过用Matlab编程的方式对高速列车的磨耗件进行了寿命评估,分析出了动车组拖车闸片的寿命分布情况并且加以验证,计算了闸片寿命分布的相应参数。在文章最后论述了预防性维修模型,并且进行了实例计算。62259

Reliability analysis of key components on railway vehicles 

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology in our country, the efficiency of various kinds of transport needs to be developed at the same time. The maximum velocity and the maximum load of railway vehicles are also being broken. As raise of the speed and load, the reliability requirements of railway vehicles become higher. In this paper, With analyzing key components reliability of railway vehicles by FMECA, I calculated the failure mode criticality of high speed train’s braking system and wheel set in bogie, and I made the hazard degree matrix to do the qualitative analysis. The conclusions of that are helpful to make service plan, this conclusions also can give us the solutions to some simple failures. I also made the life evaluation of high speed train’s abrasion components by programming in the Matlab in this paper, analyzing and verifying the life distribution of the brake piece in the motor train unit, calculating the parameter of the motor train unit brake piece. In the end of this paper, I discussed one model of the preventive service and I made the instance analysis.
