摘要基于任务说明书所给出的设计要求，本文通过参考大量中外论文、教材、手册等文献，完成了机器人的总体以及大臂系统设计。在坐标系的选择上该喷涂机器人采用多关节型的坐标形式，并采用步进电机作为该喷涂机器人的驱动方式。机器人大臂和小臂系统利用滚珠丝杆完成大小臂的传动。在平衡方式的选择上，大臂采用结构简单质量较轻的弹簧机构实现大臂平衡，小臂则采用平行四边形机构。在大臂系统的设计环节，首先选定了大臂体的材料,形状以及尺寸，然后通过计算选取合适的电机、滚珠丝杠以及弹簧实现喷涂机器人大臂的工作，并完成了滚珠丝杆的校核。最后利用CAD软件，完成机器人总装图、大臂零件装配图，以及重要零件图的绘制。60831

Title     Design of A  Spray-coating Robot   The Design Of the Big Arm System           

Abstract

   Based on the requirement given by the design task , I complete the system designing of the spray-coating robot as well as  the designing of the big arm system . Multi-joint coordinate is used as the coordinate system , step motor is used to drive the robot .The swinging of the big arm and small arm  is achieved  through the ball screw. In the choice of the balance system  of the robot , the big arm system accept as it is simple and light. In the designing of the big arm system,  the choice of the material of the big arm as well as the designing of the shape and size is completed. The appropriate step motor, ball screw and spring was  selected by calculating.  Finally  the robot arm assembly diagram and parts assembly diagram and critical parts of the big arm is mapped out by the  CAD software.

1 引言
