除尘系统的设计是关系到除尘效果的好坏，运费的高低，管理是否方便便利与否，排放是否能合格的关键环节。一般喷砂房采用旋风除尘器和布袋除尘器作为除尘设备，房内除尘系统的工作原理是：由通风机抽取喷砂房内的气体及粉尘，喷砂房外的气流经喷砂房底部的集气罩和除尘管道进入除尘系统内，经除尘系统的过滤、干净的空气排入大气，粉尘及污物则储存在粉尘筒中等待定期清理。
