摘要石油是我们生活中必不可少的一种资源,随着我国石油工业的发展和石油开发的需要,潜油电泵作为一种重要的机械采油设备得到了认可。他的可靠性和高效性是油田持续稳产高产的重要保证。潜油电泵机组的组成较为复杂,工作环境恶劣,发生故障会引起机组的振动,而机组的振动状态在一定程度上反映了机组各个部件的真实运行情况。我们可以从机组振动信号中提取有用的特征信息,完成对故障的诊断。52346

    本文通过对潜油电泵机组的振动信号进行研究,实现对故障特征的提取,并对特征参数的分类能力经行判定。首先利用时域波形、小波分解等方法对已经获得振动信号进行分析平均值、方差、偏度、峭度、概率密度、相关函数最大值、傅里叶变换、实倒谱参数,得出潜油电泵振动加速度特征参数的提取方法并分析特征参数。最后根据基于距离的分类能力的判定方法对提取的特征进行分类能力鉴定。最后说明那个特征最好。
