摘要随着我国船舶制造业的蓬勃发展,对船用柴油机的性能也提出了更高的要求。而机身作为船用柴油机的核心部件,由于结构、受力复杂,制造精度要求高、加工难度大,使机身的制造技术成为造船业的“瓶颈”,从而影响到整个产品开发的周期。因此,迫切的需要设计出合理的加工工艺,并使用数控加工仿真软件VERICUT对机身进行虚拟加工仿真,从而提高机身的加工效率、缩短加工时间,从而来促进船舶业的发展。51152

本课题主要通过对船用柴油机机身的工艺设计与仿真加工的研究,设计出柴油机机身的合理加工工艺,经过对比与比较,结合现实情况,挑选出一条最适合、最经济、最优越的加工工艺。通过使用VERICUT仿真软件,建立虚拟加工中心模型,对机身进行制造过程仿真,然后进行仿真质量检查,最后针对性地进行仿真优化。通过制造过程仿真,不但降低了实际试切的成本,同时提高了机加工的安全性, 提高了机床的利用率和产品的生产效率,而且缩短了产品生产周期,从而很大程度地提高了企业的经济效益。

Abstract

With the vigorous development of the the ship manufacturing industry in our country ,on the performance of the Marine diesel engine also put forward higher request. The fuselage at the core of Marine diesel engine parts, due to the complexity of structure, force, manufacturing accuracy requirement is high, the processing difficulty is big, make the body manufacturing technology become the "bottleneck" of the shipbuilding industry, so as to affect the entire product development cycle. Therefore, urgent need to design a reasonable processing technology, and use the numerical control processing simulation software VERICUT fuselage for virtual machining simulation, so as to improve the machining efficiency, shorten the time of the fuselage, to promote the development of shipbuilding industry.

This topic mainly through for process design and simulation of Marine diesel engine body of research, design of diesel engine body reasonable processing technology, through the contrast and comparison, combined with the reality, pick out a the most suitable, mosteconomic, most superior processing technology. Through the use of simulation software VERICUT, establishing the model of virtual machining center of body manufacturing process simulation, and then the simulation quality inspection, finally pointed to the simulation optimization. By manufacturing process simulation, not only reduce the cost of the actual trial cut, improved the security of the machine at the same time, improve the utilization rate of the machine and production efficiency, and shorten the production cycle, thus greatly improve the enterprise economic efficiency.
