摘要:在我国自然资源中,我国煤炭的储量相较于天然气而言丰富,占世界储量的11.6%,但煤炭的人均可采储量仅为世界平均水平的二分之一。这其中有全国煤炭资源总量13%的劣质无烟煤。因此,提高无烟煤锅炉的热利用效率十分重要。本次设计主要需进行换热器管程和壳程的热力计算以及结构计算,传热计算主要需计算加热所需要的传热面积和传热系数,结构计算主要需要计算管子的根数和长度,壳体内径以及辅助设备的计算。热交换器换热管外径为25mm,壁厚5mm,材质使用低碳无缝钢管,总传热面积843m2。管孔布置为标准双流程结构,换热管采用正方形排列。壳体内径为1200mm,厚度为55mm,材质使用15CrMoR。50043
