摘要从生活垃圾的处理的现状展开论述，目前我国生活垃圾处理技术的现状和优缺点，通过对国内外生活垃圾处理技术的对比、分析及我国生活垃圾处理的现状及发展趋势，和我国城市生活垃圾的处理技术的发展方向；生活垃圾处理技术对环境保护方面的意义是十分重要的。根据目前我国的生活垃圾处理用机械结构式低碳环保型设备处理少之又少，尤其是废旧电池对环境的污染非常大。本课题《机械结构式低碳环保型生活垃圾处理》设计即废旧电池回收处理设备。49618

针对目前国内的垃圾处理的现状调查，垃圾中存在的废旧电池是难以清理出来，本课题经上道工序将垃圾清洗处理后，该设备是筛选处理将废旧电池通过筛选的方法分离出来。根据毕业设计任务书给定的处理节拍10 的任务需求出发来设计该设备。利用solid works软件进行废旧电池筛选机的建模设计，并对建模中在实际应用中的可能出现的情况进行初步的分析并进行相关的修改。并对设计中的个部件进行理论计算校核。

And from the mission needs, and combining the existing conditions, using solid works software used batteries of screening machine design model, and the model in the practical application of what may happen in the preliminary analysis and relative changes. On the analysis of the basic screen design, and how to choose the material to screen the screen mesh for how to do relevant instruction.
