摘要近年来,数控加工仿真技术被广泛应用于制造业,它是CAD/CAM技术的关键技术之一,是数控技术、计算机仿真技术等先进技术的综合应用。而VERICUT作虚拟数控加工软件中的佼佼者,它能够取代传统的切削实验部件方式,通过模拟整个机床加工过程和校验数控程序的准确性,来清除编程错误和改进切削效率。48792

本文应用VERICUT仿真软件,通过虚拟机床建模来进行虚拟仿真系统开发。首先,介绍了虚拟数控加工仿真技术、VERICUT仿真软件以及VERICUT构建数控仿真平台的过程,根据系统设计的原则和特点,进而确定总体设计方案。然后在详细设计过程中,通过VERICUT构建虚拟加工机床,完成控制系统的定义,定制相关的子程序。最后,通过VERICUT虚拟仿真加工系统的实例应用,进行刀具轨迹仿真加工,并检查加工过程中的碰撞干涉,进而对数控程序进行修改,达到改善优化数控程序的目的。

Abstract

In recent years, NC machining simulation technology has been widely used in manufacturing, it is one of the key technologies of CAD / CAM technology, and the integrated application of advanced technology which including NC technology and computer simulation technology. And as the leader in virtual NC machining software, VERICUT software can replace the traditional cutting experiment components. Accuracy to simulate the entire machining process and verify NC program, it can remove programming errors and improve cutting efficiency.

This paper used simulation software VERICUT to develop virtual simulation system by virtual machine modeling. First, this study introduced virtual CNC machining simulation technology, simulation software VERICUT and the process of building a CNC simulation platform for VERICUT. According to principles and characteristics of system design, then determine the overall design. And then, in the process of detailed design, through VERICUT to build a virtual machine, to complete the definition of the control system and related subroutine. Finally, conduct the tool path simulation processing by the application of VERICUT's virtual simulation processing system, and check the collision and interference in the product processing, subsequently modify the NC program to achieve the purpose of improving the optimization of the NC program.
