摘要随着经济高速发展,高速铁路所起的作用越来越重,而安全运行已成为铁路行业科研的难点和热点之一。为了满足高速度和高密度的列车运行,并保证其可靠性和安全性,检测轨道的占用情况和定位列车所在位置已成为轨道交通信号控制的前提条件。在高速铁路中,轨道检测和列车定位的功能是通过计轴系统实现,因此针对计轴设备的研究具有重要的理论意义。38512
本论文简单介绍计轴系统的工作原理,系统组成及满足实际需求的技术标准。通过对计轴设备驱动电路的理论分析,可知在复杂环境下,其难以产生所需频率的驱动信号,从而导致电磁信号容易收到外界干扰频率的影响,使得计轴设备无法工作在最佳状态。为了解决驱动电路这一缺陷,本论文采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812代替轨道电路所起的的功能,可以根据安装环境方便调整驱动信号的频率,实现对驱动信号频率的精确控制。通过编写汇编程序,并在CCS集成开发环境下仿真运行,通过CCS的图形窗口观察输出信号波形说明本方法理论上的可行性。
为了进一步提高计轴设备的可靠性,解决电磁干扰问题,本论文提出利用压敏电阻将钢轨的力学形变转化为电学变化。解决了在电磁干扰较严重的地区,传统基于电磁原理的计轴设备计轴工作不可靠的问题。同时,在测量原理上不存在漏记和错计的可能性,有效的提高了计轴设备的可靠性。最后利用protues进行仿真验证,理论说明改进后的设备可以可靠的采集轮轴信号。

 Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, the role of the high-speed railway is getting more and more important, and the safe operation has become one of the railway industry difficulties and hot researches.In order to satisfy the trian to operate in high speed, high density, the reliability and safety , it’s necessary for the rail transit to  test track usage and locate the position of the trains.In high speed railway,  of testing railways and locatingr train,ail detection, and the function of train positioning is the system through the implementation system, so in the research of the equipment has the important meaning of theory.
This paper introduces the working principle of the system and meet the actual demand of technical standard, based on the theoretical analysis of the device driver circuit, complex environment, drive circuit is difficult to produce the required frequency of driving signal, which can lead to easily receive the influence of the interference frequency electromagnetic signal, made of axle equipment will not work in the best state.Driving circuit in order to solve this defect, this paper adopts the DSP chip TMS320F2812 instead of track circuit of function, according to the environment after installation is convenient to adjust the frequency of the driving signal, can realize accurate control of the driving signal frequency.By writing assembler and simulation run in CCS integrated development environment, through CCS graphics window to observe the output signal waveform explains the feasibility of the method in theory.
In order to further improve the reliability of the equipment and solve the problem of electromagnetic interference, this paper puts forward using the pressure sensitive resistance will change to mechanical deformation into electrical steel.Areas with severe electromagnetic interference, is solved by using the traditional meter of axle shaft equipment on the basis of the principle of electromagnetic is unreliable.At the same time, there is no leakage on the measurement principle and the possibility of wrong meter, effectively improved the reliability of the equipment.Finally using protues simulation experiment, the theory shows that the improved equipment can be reliable acquisition shaft signal.
