摘要:智能电气阀门定位器作为辅助调节阀实现流量的控制,在工业自动化控制领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。特别是在由原先基于机械式原理的阀门定位器向智能式阀门定位器发展的过程中,给工业控制领域带来了根本性的变革,由原来的改善阀门特性、提高控制精度、速度和增加控制的灵活性到现在可以实现数字化、通讯化、智能化以及支持现场总线的通讯。当前,低碳节能环保越来越受到人们的重视,国家也相继出台了一序列政策来限制企业的能耗。因此低耗气型智能阀门定位器成为发展方向,国外一些大公司已相继研制成功了低耗气型智能阀门定位器--压电式智能阀门定位器,有的还配置有ARM协议、PROFIBUS总线、FF总线等现场总线接口。36408
本文的输入信号有0~5V和4~20mA,考虑到工业安全问题,本文研制的智能阀门定位器是基于4~20mA电流的输入信号。进行以低功耗为核心的总体设计,主要完成以下几个方面的研究
(1)控制系统方案设计
(2)电路和电路板设计:包括电源电路的设计、按键电路的设计、液晶显示电路的设计、阀位反馈电路的设计、I/P转换电路的设计等
(3)简要的程序设计:包括按键程序、液晶显示程序等

Design of control system for precise positioning system of cylinder
Abstract:Intelligent electrical valve positioner as the auxiliary valve to achieve flow control which plays an increasingly important role in the field of industrial automation control. In particular, the valve positioner from the original mechanical principle to the development of intelligent valve positioner process, make the industrial control field has brought fundamental change. From the original improve valve features, control accuracy, speed and increase the flexibility of the control to the prevent can achieve digital, communication, intelligent and support for fieldbus communications. Currently, low-carbon energy saving more and more people's attention, countries have introduced a series of policies to limit energy consumption enterprises. So low gas smart valve positioner direction of development, Some large foreign companies have successfully developed a low gas smart valve positioner - piezoelectric smart valve positioner, some also equipped with ARM protocol, PROFIBUS bus, FF Fieldbus Interface bus, etc.
  The input signal of this paper are 0 ~ 5V and 4 ~ 20mA, taking into account the industrial safety problems, we developed a smart valve positioner is based on 4 ~ 20mA current input signal. Performed with low power consumption at the core of the overall design, mainly to complete the study of the following aspects:
  (1)Control System Design
  (2)Circuit and board design: including power circuit design, circuit design buttons, LCD circuit design, valve position feedback circuit design, I / P conversion circuit design.
  (3)Summary of program design: including key procedures, LCD procedures.
