摘要：随着时代的变迁，当今社会工业越来越发达，越来越多的工作趋向于使用自动化来替代人工。本设计是一个长尾夹自动装盒排列输送系统。要求零件通过振动盘后实现对长尾夹上料以后的自动排列整理，并整齐的输出到传送带，最后经由机械手进行装盒，装满之后将纸盒送走，并进行下一个纸盒的装料过程。整个过程自动完成。其中需要对振动盘的定盘和底盘还有两条传送带进行设计，并实现两者之间的衔接。此外还需要对传感器进行选型。使整个设备可以正常的运行。36296

Abstract：With the changes of the times, in today's industrial society, more and more developed, more and more tendency to use automation to replace the artificial. So we need design a vibration plate to achieve the Elliot folders are automatically arranged on the material after finishing, And trim output to the conveyor belt, and finally through the robot boxing, after fill the tray away, and the next carton filling process.The whole process is done automatically. Where the need for vibration plate fixing and chassis as well as two conveyor belts are designed and implemented the convergence between the two. In addition, also need to design the sensor selection. So that the whole device can be a normal operation.
