摘要:磁流变液是一种新型的智能流体材料,目前已在航空、机械以及土木工程结构等振动控制领域中受到了广泛的关注。磁流变液阻尼器是以磁流变液作为工作介质的阻尼器,具有构造简单、体积小、能耗低、提供阻尼力大、阻尼力可调范围宽等优点,是实现土木工程结构半主动振动控制的理想控制装置。本论文首先根据磁流变液的性能特点并综合考虑磁路的设计原则,设计并制作了双出杆单段线圈剪切阀式磁流变阻尼器,根据磁流变阻尼器的设计参数选取基本原则,论文对所设计制作的磁流变阻尼器内部磁场进行了Ansys仿真,结果表明,所设计的阻尼器结构合理,产生的磁场稳定并基本达到设计值。根据实验需要,设计并搭建了一套阻尼器性能测试系统,并对测试系统进行了调试,调试结果表明测试系统实用可靠。采用设计的测试系统对所制作的磁流变阻尼器的粘温性能进行了试验研究,结果表明,所设计制作的磁流变液阻尼器输出阻尼力在20~40℃之间受温度的影响很大。本文的研究,验证了温度对磁流变液阻尼器输出阻尼力的影响,并肯定了温度对阻尼器中磁流变液的粘度影响不大。5997

The design of magnetorheological fluid damper and its viscosity-temperature properties research

Abstract: Magnetorheological(MR) fluid  is a kind of new smart materials,which has been paid more attention in the field of vibration reduction and vibration control for the structures in aeronautical,mechanical and civil engineering.MR damper is the damper with simple structure,small volume,low energy requirement,large damping force capacity and high ajustable range of damping force,which is the ideal measurement for semi—active control of civil engineering structures.In this paper,based on the feature of MR fluid and design principle of magnetic circuit,a model of shear and valve type MR damper with two-way pusher—over bar and 1-stage coils is designed and manufactured at first,and the basic principle for parameter selection and some problems to be noted in the process of designing and manufacturing of the MR damper are discussed.The magnetic field of the MR damper is simulated by Ansys,and the results indicate that the structure of the damper is reasonable and the magnetic field is stable and reaches the designed value.According to the demand of experiment,a set of performance test system for damper was built and debugged, the debugging results indicate that the test system is solid and reliable. Then, with the designed test system, the viscosity-temperature studies for the damper were conducted, the results show that the temperature had a great influence on the damping force produced by the designed damper at the temperature range of 0~40℃. Finally,based on the results of the performance experiment,the essential influence factors of damping force were demenstrated.Through the study in this paper,the significant influence on damping force exerted by work temperature is proved and the viscosity of MRF have less to do with the work temperature.
