摘要:多向振动平台是对工件整体工艺性和连接强度等数据进行测试的设备,它能模拟物体在生产、生活、运输等状态下的重要检测试验设备。该多向振动平台可对1000N以下的工件进行X、Y、Z三个方向上进行往复振动运动。该振动机构与一般振动机构不同,它可以在三个方向上模拟物体所遇到的振动,也可以通过拆卸一部分部件的方法模拟任意单个方向或者两个方向上的振动,可以有效的提高振动机构的使用范围,并且空间利用率高,方便拆装。在机构的燕尾槽部分是使用了滚珠,将上下导轨在一个方向上的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,极大地减小了摩擦损失,提高该设计的使用寿命和使用效果。此外平台采用凸轮转动从而带动平面的振动,并且连接有弹簧,以便克服平台振动时产生的惯性力与间隙的消除,使平台能够形成有规律的、可控的往复振动运动。根据以上特点设计凸轮结构,计算传动系统的强度并选用合适的构建,对机构强度与刚度进行设计与校核,保证机构能够正常运转,根据所需要的功率选用合适的伺服电机,并在底座上确定安装位置,完成整个设计。34146

Based on the above characteristics design of cam structure, calculates the intensity of transmission system and use an appropriate construction, as well as to check the strength and normal operation of the guarantee institutions to, finally, according to the power required using suitable servo motors, and determine the installation location on the base, to complete the design.
