摘要:清洗系统上下料系统是振动清洗系统的辅助机构,完成对被清洗零件篮的上料、清洗过程中的跨栏运输、下料等工序。该机构采用气动系统,完成系统的机械结构设计和气动回路的拟定、气压元件的选用等。该系统由上下料传送装置和抓取机械手系统两部分组成。
本课题要求根据课题的具体参数和工艺流程,完成清洗篮自动上下料的传送功能,包括传送方案的制定、机械结构的设计等内容。
根据上下料速度、清洗篮跨栏清洗的水平移动及上下升降速度的要求,确定各个环节的工作节拍,完成整个传动装置的布局。确定整个系统的驱动方案以及传动系统的传动链,并设计传动系统的机械结构,同时完成上下料装置的设计。整个设计过程包括:系统驱动方案的确定,整体布局方案的确定,上下料装置的设计,辊筒传动系统的设计,抓取机械手的设计等内容。整体之间结构紧凑,连贯,实现清洗系统的上下料和传动动作。5506
