本文是一种汽车座椅滑槽定点定量加油装置的设计说明,在工作台中间安装一台工装支架,工装支架的上面装有导向板,工装支架的一端通过销轴来连接压紧板,而压紧板的下面设有压紧汽缸，压紧汽缸固定在工装支架的侧面,压紧汽缸的压紧汽缸的顶杆与压紧板接触连接,工装支架两侧的工作台上面都安装上汽缸,并且在汽缸的顶杆上固定装有油路分配条,油路分配条一端连接在工装支架一侧的几个定点喷嘴上,另一端则通过几根油管连接在润滑脂供油装置上。本设计说明将多种设计方案进行了对比，经过对比体现出本设计的优点。本设计是为了解决人工加油可能造成油脂定量无法很好的控制的情况,从而保证了两侧汽车座椅下加油点处加注润滑脂定点定量的可靠性。本设计自动化程度高,操作方便,动作可靠,整台装置结构简单,便于文护。满足国家检测标准要求。
