摘要为了解决枪械试验中靶标装夹繁琐、弹着点调整不便等问题,需要设计一个三向可调靶架以提高试验效率,减轻试验人员负担。该靶架的三向可调功能由蜗杆传动机构,丝杠传动机构和液压升降平台三部分组成。蜗杆传动机构实现靶架水平旋转功能,丝杠传动机构调节其水平方向的移动,液压升降平台实现沿高度方向的调整。夹具的快速装夹实现是通过将螺栓紧固改进成把手,这样既可以提高实验效率,又能减少扳手等工具的使用。设计了两种旋转、水平移动平台的布置方案,并给出了详细的设计计算过程。对比了两种不同升降平台的优缺点。通过UG软件绘制各零件的三文图,最后装配出靶架的整体模型。25594
