摘要:注塑模具内模结构研究通过对文献的查阅,主要对型芯、型腔、内侧抽机构以及分型面等进行了研究与整理。其中对于型芯、型腔、内侧抽机构主要研究其结构形式的优缺点,以及对于成型不同形状塑件的最优结构选择。其中对于不同形式的内模结构进行总结介绍且结合实例做出相应的分析,基本包括现今注塑模具行业中所有典型的形式。同时,还整理研究了使用不同材料制造的型芯、型腔对成型塑件粗糙度、透明度以及尺寸精度的影响。最后,总结概括了注塑模具设计中分型面选择的原理。笔套组件的注塑模具采用笔套笔夹分开成型最后组合的形式,两副模具均采用三板式点浇口二次脱模的形式,这样能够更好的获得塑件,且实现自动化生产。笔套模具采用推件板推出的形式,推出力平稳;笔夹模具由于分型面的特殊性,因此选用推管推出形式,同样也能保证推出稳定。24570

Research of Internal mold and Inject mold Design of Cap Component
Abstract: Injection mold structure of internal model research focuses on studying and collating about core and cavity, the inner mechanism and parting surface by consulting the literature. For the core, cavity, the medial institutions mainly studies the advantages and disadvantages of structural form, and the optimal choice of forming structure in different shapes. For different forms of internal model structure is making a summary introduction and analyzation that combined with all forms of typical injection mold industry today. At the same time, making a summarize that in order to achieve a specific quality of plastic parts, such as transparency, roughness, and the precision requirement of internal model material selection. At last, summarized the choice principle of parting surface in designing injection mold. Cap component of injection mold is made of the cap the clip separate forming the final combination in the form of two vice moulds adopts three plate mould with point gate and secondary ejection plate point form, so that will be able to gain plastic pieces better and to realize automated production. The cap mould in the form of pushing a board, smooth launch force; the clip mold due to the parting surface particularity, so choose ejector sleeve launch form, also can guarantee the stability of launch.
