摘要:液压伺服拉力试验机主要由机械部分、数据采集部分、伺服驱动部分、数据处理部分等组成,随着科学技术的发展,拉力试验机经历了机械式拉力试验机、电液伺服式拉力试验机、电子微控式拉力试验机三个主要阶段。国外拉力试验机经过一百多年的发展,在拉力试验机的控制、测量和记录系统中,广泛采用了电子技术、计算机技术,使拉力试验机的整体性能得到很大的提高。拉力试验机不断发展的同时,拉力试验机的附件和辅助装置也在不断更新发展,如高温加热装置、低温制冷装置、高低温夹具、高低温引伸计、大变形跟踪测量装置以及气动与液压动力系统等。拉力试验机试验的内容从载荷-变形测试发展到测试含有微裂纹试样的力学性能,通过拉力试验机的拉伸过程揭示试样内部微裂纹发展、扩大,直至试样断裂的过程,通过工业CT技术、光电技术、计算机技术等高科技的综合运用,使拉力试验机的应用研究从宏观向微观深入。22736

Tensile testing machine test from load-deformation test to test the content of the micro cracks contain samples of mechanical properties, through the tensile testing machine tensile process reveal the sample internal micro cracks develop, expand, until the sample fracture process, through the industrial CT technology, photoelectric technology, the integrated use of computer technology and other high-tech, make from macro to micro tensile testing machine application and research.
