摘要：本文介绍了PCH-1216环锤式破碎机箱体的设计内容。本文详细地介绍了环锤式破碎机的分类、优缺点、研究目的和使用场合。主要从环锤式破碎机的工作原理、主体构造、方案设计等方面着手，对本次设计做了详细的介绍。在方案设计上，从材料角度出发，对三个方案进行分析与比较，最终确定出最优方案。在完成方案确定后，对箱体进行了结构上的设计。并对主要零部件进行强度校核和计算，主要针对环锤式破碎机的平键联接、转子轴强度、滚动轴承选用、地脚螺钉的校核进行计算。强度方面的校核运用相关公式，并作出弯矩图和扭矩图来加以说明。在对环锤式破碎机进行操作说明及文修的角度上，针对机器的文修和安装试车作出说明。最后，对PCH-1216环锤式破碎机的应用及调整进行介绍。22259

PCH-1216 Ring hammer crusher Cabinet Design
Abstract：This article introduces the design of the PCH-1216 hammer crusher cabinet.This article This paper describes in detail the classification of the ring hammer crusher, advantages and disadvantages, purpose and use of the occasion. Mainly designing from the working principle of ring hammer crusher, the main structure, design and other aspects of this design made a detailed presentation. Analyzing and comparing these three programs,and ultimately determining the optical solutioin.After completing the determination of program,the next step is to design the structure of the cabinet.Check and calculate the main components,mainly calculate the ring hammer crusher’s parallel key connection, the strength of rotor shaft, rolling selection and ground screw. Intensity of checking the use of relevant formulas and make bending moment diagram and torque diagram to illustrate. In the perspective of the ring hammer crusher operation and maintenance instructions on the test machine for maintenance and installation of clarification.Finally,introducing the application and adjustment of PCH-1216 ring hammer crusher.
