摘要企业办公自动化是企业信息化的重要组成部分，它可以有效地提高企业的办公效率，促进企业的快速运转与交流。

本文在分析了企业办公自动化系统的功能与需求分析之后，设计出具有代表性的企业办公自动化系统。该系统包含用户登录，会议管理，资产管理，公告管理，人力资源管理，文档管理，收发文管理和退出登录等八大功能，满足了办公自动化的基本要求。68903

本系统基于Justep5.2.7开放平台进行开发与设计，与数据库SQL serve 2005连接，最终实现提高办公效率，加强企业竞争力的目标。

Title   The design and development of enterprise office automation based on the open platform

Abstract

Enterprise office automation is an important part of enterprise information, it can effectively improve the office efficiency, and promote the rapid operation and exchange of enterprises.

After the analysis of the function and requirement of the enterprise office automation system, this paper designs a representative office automation system. The system has eight functions, included user login, conference management, asset management, bulletin management, human resource management, document management, receiving and sending document management and exit login ，the eight functions can meet the basic requirements of office automation .

This system is based on the Justep5.2.7 open platform to develop and design, it connects the database serve SQL 2005, and ultimately aims to improve the efficiency of office and strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.
