Abstract：Based on the development of ASP.NET technology, the use of Studio Visual development environment, the development of recruitment candidates website. The system has realized the administrator, enterprise user, inpidual user three different user's login, as well as each different function. The design features described. Firstly, the paper introduces the project background, development significance and the organizational structure; and then introduces the design development tools and running environment and complete the technology used in the system.
