摘 要：近年来，儿童安全问题成为全社会都在关注的问题，所以设计一个儿童移动监护系统是必然的发展趋势。本系统是一个供监护人与被监护人共用的移动终端设备定位查询系统，为用户提供被监护人的定位查看，监护人查看被监护人的位置，历史轨迹等功能。系统的开发拟采用android技 术开发客户端，java技术开发服务器端，使用tcp、http传输协议协同传输数据，SQLServer数据库进行数据存储。本文论述了该系统的设计与实现过程，首先对需求进行了仔细的分析，对功能的要求做了细分与规划，然后在介绍本系统中部分实现方法接着做了较为详细的介绍并附有代码与图片；最后针对系统进行了测试并提出了改进方向。65071

Abstract：In recent years, child safety issue has become a problem of the whole society are concerned, it is designed to move a child care system is an inevitable trend. This system is a guardian and ward shared mobile device query system for positioning, to provide users with the ward position the viewer, guardian to view the location of the ward, historical trajectory and other functions. Development of the system to be adopted android technology development client, java technology development server, using tcp, http cooperative transmission data transmission protocol, SQLServer database for data storage. This paper discusses the design and implementation of the system, first to demand a careful analysis of the functional requirements and planning to do a subpision, and then introducing the system realization section and then do a more detailed description along with code image; and finally for the system was tested and the improved direction.
